Robert W. Armstrong graduated in 1979 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. Robert has been brokering land sales in the Georgia area since 1982. He began his career with Royal LePage where he was consistently designated a "Top Five" producer in an office of 35 to 40 agents. Mr. Armstrong continued to be recognized as one of the "Top Five" land sales agent / broker in Metropolitan Atlanta and the state of Georgia. He was recently recognized as one of the "Top Three" in 2005 and 2006 by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in land sales and was ranked number two in 2008.

In March of 1999 Robert W. Armstrong started Atlanta Land Group (ALG) along with Jay Leslie. ALG is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firm in the State of Georgia and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Over the past decade, he and his agents have provided professional services to their clients which include land acquisition, zoning advocacy, site planning and design of over two billion dollars of commercial and residential property. Robert's lists of clients ranges from local, regional and national firms specializing in retail, automotive, residential and multi-family. Additionally, he has represented land owners with unique characteristics throughout Georgia, North and South Carolina.

In January of 2008 Robert Armstrong along with Leslie D. Hines, III and Swanton Davis formed North Carolina Land Group. More recently, he has formed South Carolina Land Group. Robert and his sales agents and or licensed brokers on staff have combined Real Estate experience totaling over 100 years. North Carolina Land Group will serve all markets from the Smokey Mountains to the Outer Banks.

Robert and his wife, Leslie of 21 years, along with his three children reside in Norcross, Georgia. They are active members of their church, school, and business communities in the North Fulton and Gwinnett County areas. Robert is an avid cross country endurance motorcycle racer enthusiast and is an active volunteer for the Atlanta Steeplechase and the USO.

Jay Leslie is an Atlanta native. Jay is part of the original team that created Atlanta Land Group in 1999. Jay's real estate background is comprised of site selection and site representation. Site selection clients include: Home Depot, GM Worldwide Realty, The Hennessy Automotive Group, Dan Cowart Companies, and Jolly Development. Jay's experience includes site representation on small and large tracts of improved and unimproved land. Jay and his wife Caroline are graduates of the University of Georgia and have a daughter, Nancy. Jay's interests include soccer, playing golf, hunting, and military history.

Fred Black spent 34 years with Amoco Oil Company and BP Oil Company. His career included 20 years in retail management and 14 years in real estate in Atlanta and the southeast with Amoco and BP. He developed over 100 retail sites in Atlanta and Memphis during his real estate career. He lists several local and major oil companies among his clients, as well as many local retail developers. Fred is a native of Savannah and a graduate of the University of Georgia. Fred and his wife, Jenni, of 35 years have two sons, Doug and Steve. Fred enjoys attending college sports, playing golf and is a Sunday school teacher at his church. Fred joined Atlanta Land Group in 2003 immediately after his retirement from BP.

Tony Roland obtained his degree from Southern Technical Institute and Marietta Cobb Vo- tech. After securing 2 aircraft Industry specific degrees (Aircraft Tool Design) and (Numerical Control Programmer) he spent 17 years in the aerospace industry.

In 1985 Tony began building custom and spec homes in Cherokee and Pickens County. He has built over 100 homes from 1985 to present. In 2000 he developed his first commercial development after many years in the residential market sector. Tony has been an active real estate investor and developer for over 10 years. During this time Tony successfully negotiated the purchase of numerous large tracts of land for both residential and commercial developments. Tony has owned his own brokerage firm that specialized in residential, land and poultry farm sales.

Tony and his family reside in Canton, Georgia. They are active members of their community, church, and schools, in Cherokee County. Tony enjoys a wide range of hobbies including hunting, fishing, martial arts, theatre and reading.

Mr. Roland's past experience in real estate development, his track history in successfully negotiating numerous large land tract contracts and his brokerage experience all combined enables him to provide a high level of professional services for his clients whom require marketing expertise and/or acquisition skills. Jim Hobbs spent his formative years traveling US and Europe due to his father's career in the US Army as an officer. He is extremely proud of his father's service which also shaped his skills for building relationships. Jim studied engineering in Virginia and attended ETSU.

Jim has owned and operated numerous businesses in the Atlanta area for the past 30+ years. His latest endeavors being in the fields of residential development and real estate in the Low Country of South Carolina and surrounding areas. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina where he has been involved in commercial and residential brokerage. Jim is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Real Estate.

Jim and his family reside in Norcross, Georgia where he is active at Mary Our Queen Church. He has two children; his daughter lives in Toronto, Canada and is employed at a The Children's Hospital as an RN and his son currently attends Georgia Southern. Jim enjoys fishing, golf and numerous outdoor activities.
