Atlanta Land Group was founded in 2001 with a mission to focus on undeveloped and underdeveloped property in the Atlanta metro region. Over time, our focus has broadened to the Southeast, and our reputation for being able to put together complex deals has grown.
Today, we represent commercial, industrial, retail, office, residential and mixed-use developers in urban and rural markets. Having the vision and work ethic to make the difficult deals a reality is what we do best. Furthermore, we represent sellers of large tracts and strategic locations.
Atlanta Land Group (ALG) and its affiliates are licensed by the State of Georgia as Real Estate Agents and ALG is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Currently, ALG has sales agents and licensed associate brokers with Real Estate experience ranging from 2 to 25 years.
