With over two decades of expertise in real estate development, brokerage, and consulting, Jim Brennan has played a pivotal role in advancing projects for both tenants and owners across various sectors. As the founder of Apache Capital, LLC, established in 2005, Jim has spearheaded numerous retail development ventures and joint ventures throughout the Southeast. His leadership has been instrumental in securing entitlements for multifamily and single-family build-to-rent communities across Georgia and Florida.

 

Jim’s extensive experience includes collaboration with major national retailers such as CVS, Advance Auto Parts, and Burger King, providing strategic consulting services. He has also led the development of large-scale projects, including 6,000 residential lots in Central Florida and climate-controlled self-storage facilities in Georgia and Florida.

 

Jim began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he worked in both Atlanta and New York City, specializing in domestic and international corporate tax software sales and consulting. His career foundation in corporate tax consulting, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit in real estate, has uniquely positioned him as a trusted advisor and developer in the industry.

Jim holds real estate broker licenses in both Georgia and Florida. Beyond his professional endeavors, he has been a dedicated resident of Dunwoody, GA, for over 20 years, where he and his wife Shana have raised two sons. His eldest, Jackson, is a University of Georgia graduate, and his younger son, Luke, signed a professional soccer contract with Atlanta United in 2023.
